Books don't like pushes. If 70% of the bets were on Florida -8 and 20% were on LSU +10 the book lost a bunch. Do the math. Only 10% had LSU +8 which is the only money books don't have to pay back.

Stayed away from this game. I was strongly leaning to Florida -9.5 but decided not no play this game. Actually I don't even regret it. The Gators missed so many scoring oppurtunities. I would have been pissed all game. Tough loss for anyone who took the over.

National champion favored by only 8 points for most of the week was a huge square bet. Then at the last minute line moved to 10 points causing sharp action by buying points to either -9.5 Florida or +10.5 LSU coupled with all teasers cashing in and the books were destroyed on this game last night.
