Default Bodog Payout: only allowing Money Transfer via Western Union

After playing with Bowmans and BetWWTS, I now have a over 8K at Bodog. All requirements have been met. I went to 'Payouts' today. The only option available was Money Transfer via Western Union. Just two days ago, Check by Mail, E-check, and others were there. Now, just Money Transfer. It does say that Bodog will cover transfer fees for up to one payout per week (but there is a $3000 max payout for Money Transfer).

What are my options? Am I stuck doing multiple Western Union money transfers? If so, should I just eat the fees and do one big transfer?

I appreciate all feedback. I have been checking in this forum with all of the news lately, and all of your insights are great. All advice on this matter would be appreciated...

Well, The one thing for sure is that you can't bring it all home at one time, because that will draw more red flags than you could ever imagine.

why don't you take one smaller withdraw first and see how it goes?

EwalletExpress is still available... Click2Pay if you have an existing account. You could grab the first 3k through WU and then see how you feel about paying the fees on 3k the following week when you get another freebie.

So just take out $3000 via WU and see how it goes? Do any of you ever email cust. service just to ensure that the rollovers are met and there will be no hassles before withdrawing?

I personally would email customer service to double check on this rollover stuff. Better to be safe than sorry on that one bud.

Yes, I think 3 dimes is the maximum you could take out without drawing any attention to yourself. These days you always have to be careful with moving money.

What would be the fees on doing something like this? I have a feeling that (those greedy bastards) WU would probably take something like 10%, am I right? So that's $300 down the 'Suwannee', unless of course Bodog (SBR A+) plan to absorb this cost.

Bodog seems to be completely hosed for any payout method as far as I can tell.

I requested a $500 payout on February 8th. yes, February 8th.

All I have gotten is one BS story after another, now I guess I am waiting for some kind of Western Union Number after they finally determined (supposedly again) that the direct bank xfr could no longer go thru.

Either way, it more then smells it stinks....oh by the way, did I mention every poker session since I requested my payout has featured one outers and two outers to bust me? I bet that is a coincidence right?

I play online for convenience, with kids and a wife it isn't convenient for me to hit the card room. But this is BS, obviously some kind of bogus scam. Only a sucker would continue to leave large balances online at this point if hoping for a payout to the United States.

Bodog is officially dead. Rest in Peace Bodog.
