I am now in Vegas and am able to be a runner for you hot shots ($1000) a week
W2s will not be necessary and I need quarterly bonuses depending on my performeance (PFP- pay for perforamce)
the first 3 to apply I will start the interview process in a week or so. Basically my set up will include 2 cellular phones (see below), one on the north end on the strip and the other on the south
basically the head guys will think I'm a square with 20 year equipment and many people mistake me as a homeless bum

Why not just let some non-US guy do your betting for you? Of course this is not very useful if you are a scalper, but for any recreational player that would be ok.

Have you ever seen any of these people? First of all, they are lazy. They can't do any job that requries any exertion, as they are too fat to move their asses out of a chair.
They are also very unclean. These slobs find it difficult to fit into a bathtub and don't dare stand up in a shower for fear they will lose their balance and their goo-filled bodies will bring them crashing down. You've seen them sweating like pigs just by sitting under flourescent lights.

If you were a good runner, you'd make more than 1k/week in Vegas... Don't most make about 100k a year?
Reno's runner vanished one day with 200k in the late 80s so the money is definitely there
very lucrative profession to be in and I'm not sure why more don't pursue it
