If USC played Texas next weekend, what do you think the spread would be? I'm guessing USC -6.

USC @ -3.5 would make me think and that's the goal of a good linesmaker.

My guess would be USC -5

USC -6.5. I suspect the bookmakers would not want to give a full TD to the Trojans and would make a 1/2 point spread. The real question is where you would lay your bet on such a line. I think I'd take USC.

I don't wanna see this matchup or I'll lose a dime before the kickoff. What's the chance one of them loses? Texas's schedule this year was so whacked, a cake walk for a Big 12 season. and if all pans out they should be playing Colorado for the championship where they'll be favored by at least 2 tds.
And a Texas/USC line of -6.5 looks good but you think the public will be betting Texas? I look for them to be betting USC and hopefully pushing the line to a 7 (where I'll jump on board Texas).
