Ok im trying to read as much as I can to understand what's going on here with sportsbooks. I was trying to figure out why bodog wouldn't accept my bank account deposits yesterday, but now i understand why. Well I'm now with VIP. Just curious if people who are betting are getting in trouble here or jsut people who run these places, although from reading the posts i get the feeling its the people who run the businesses. Anyway my question is what legal troubles does someone who bets maybe $5 a night risk? And will big sites like VIP flop? Please don't flame me if these are stupid questions, I'm completely new to this and just trying to find out more.

thanks for the quick response and the welcome. I think that'll help settle my nerves a little, I was a little bit nervous there after just starting and all these events happening unbeknownst to me. I did deposit $30 into VIP and that turned into $60 today

You've picked a good book there and at least it's only $30 you've deposited. Just cross your fingers just like everyone here is crossing theirs.
