Please post a link if possible as to where I would find an application for one.

I had used one a couple years ago that I specifically asked if they allow deposits to sportsbooks. "Yes" they said. Used it ONCE and had it in case of emergency. Went to use it the other day with Ultimate Bet. DENIED.

Obviously I'm speaking from the perspective of a US resident.

In hindsight: just PM me if you know of one...

I think at this point payment processors are about like books that take correlated parlays. Nobody wants to say anything for fear they won't last long.

Or an arbitrage player saying what books they use and find the most profitable. I know it's a lame question for which I pretty much expected no response, but it didn't hurt to try.

Not a lame question at all bud. Just a question that you know your not going to get an answer on from anybody on a public forum. Maybe somebody will PM you though with the info your seeking.
