Does this only apply to the sportsbook, but not to their exchange?

    OK, Got the scoop:

    ME
Hi, Do you still accept U.S. players. If not our your current U.S. players still eligible to continue playing at your book?

    MANSION
Hello, we are not currently accepting deposits as no payment provider will allow it, however if you have funds in your account then you can still play yes

    ME
so me being in the U.S.A. I can still play there if I have an existing account?

    MANSION
    Correct

    ME
but if i was a new customer i couldn't correct?

    MANSION
You can sign up but until we find another way for US players to deposit then you can not credit your account.

    ME
    ok

    ME
thank you for your help on this subject

    MANSION
    your welcome

This is rather puzzling guys. There telling me this on live chat, and was reported quite differently on the SBR main page.

Yes, that is very very different. We all count on SBR to get it right. Pretty disappointed in SBR if it is as said in the live chat. All Mansion is saying now is they don't have a viable deposit method, but when they do then they should be good to go. That is certainly not as it appears to be reported here.

What are you talking about d2bets? Never seen a pro basketball player miss a FT?

Unless I'm totally missing the point, SBR is going to err on the side of caution in this climate.

NO, it's not true at all, they're still accepting u.s players, but they just need to come up with a new deposit method in order for us to deposit.

Mansion is probably one of the best out there, they have low juice, and they also have FREE wire CASHOUT, they never stiff any players on cashout, and they gives out millions and millions of free money away.

However, it's hard to deposit money, I guess we could use CC.

These C.S. people at books sometime don't have the updated info sometimes. Maybe John or Bill can shed a little more light on this one before passing judgment.

That isn't erring on the side of caution, though.

That's a dumb mistake that's needed, at a time like this, like a hole in the head.

The point is SBR posted a fairly wide reaching "Mansion withdraws from US Market" which appears not to be true.

It can only cause more problems than it prevents, by causing an unneccesary run on the bank. I think Mansion would survive it, many places wouldn't.

The whole online betting universe is in earthquake mode. A 20 minute misread on a house, or mansion, coming down isn't that big when houses are crumbling to the ground all around. Too much kneejerking, too much panic mode, not enough calmness.

Mansion has deposit methods available but they aren't accepting them from US players. If you already have a balance you can still bet it.

The wire was open to interpretation and has been clarified. Thanks guys.

Am sure they will leave based on their risk tolerance plus cutting off future withdrawals as they did today. If not this week, in next month would be my guess.
