    Default Neteller live chat

    Is it me (operator error) or is the neteller live chat not working?

    I know others have mentioned a 2 week time period to get the EFT's going but I want to hear it for myself. Day 3 of the EFT's not showing up in my bank account.

    I'm in the same boat. Requested my EFT on Tues 1/16. Got the "accepted" status from Neteller on Thurs 1/18. But still today no money in my bank account. Their live chat states that if you are a US customer, they will not answer live chat. I'll probably email them and see what happens if I don't have my money next Tues. The Neteller card seems to be working however. So I'll use that method from now on.

    The only way to get a hold of them is call. They are not responsive to email and took the live chat off of their website. Amazing. I called today and talked to a CS manager. She said the same old line "it could take up to two weeks". I asked her about not getting my money at all, and she said that would not happen, and that I would be paid. We'll see.

    calling them is definitely the way to go...hold times are just a little longer than normal, but all of the CS reps have been extremely informative when I've called this week...
