Whenever this increase in ** and ** to offshore happens, look for the government to be watching it much more closely. Is a good options, but ** has worked with government for years cracking down on gambling transactions so they have a history. Likely just increase enforcement.

This doesn't even consider the problem of the books getting stiffed by ** operators in whatever country the money is sent to. Has happen in the past, and with books more desperate will happen again.
