    Default I've been declined a Neteller ATM card

    Applied an hour ago and just got a rejection. Although I'm English, I've got my location as the USA for ease of withdrawing to a US bank account while I'm here.

    Anyone else had any recent successes/failures when applying for a card?

    From England, living in the US. I'll change my Neteller address back to the UK, give them a call and get one that way.

    The point of the thread was wondering if anyone from the US had been declined a Neteller ATM card in the past 24 hours.
