Default Legitimate Slow Pays

Now that Neteller is shutting out US market, books pretty much have an excuse to not pay players who deposited with Neteller, until the book itself pays Neteller.

Would like to see updates here of what books are telling you as you ask for alternative withdrawal methods.

VIP: We’re unable to process a payout for you until we work out what methods will be safest and most efficient for our customers. We used Citadel to process our Fed Ex checks and e-checks wired to your bank account, so those methods are suspended for now. But we hope to have something worked out shortly, whether it be Western Union or a new processor for checks and/or e-checks, or something else. Hopefully as early as tomorrow if you call us we’ll be able to process a payout for you.

Greek: Will send a check Fed Ex or regular mail. Will do a bank wire. Will do Western Union. 1st call: Instadebit and ATM Online are available, but not unless you deposited by the same method. 2nd call: We have been informed in the last fifteen minutes that Instadebit and ATM Online are no longer available as they too have stopped processing gaming transactions for Americans.

CRIS: Will do Fed Ex, bank wire, or Western Union. 1st call: Will do ATM online even if you didn’t deposit that way. Maximum $10,000. No fee from CRIS but an $8 fee from ATM online. 2nd call: Will not do ATM online if you didn’t deposit that way. 3rd call: Will do ATM online even if you didn’t deposit that way. Maximum $1,000. No fee from CRIS but a $15 fee from ATM online.

5 Dimes: Will do Fed Ex check, bank wire, or Western Union. Fed Ex and bank wire come under the “free on Monday morning if it’s been at least 30 days since your last freebie” rule.

Legendz: Checks and Western Union are available. I don’t think we’re doing bank wires for now. There is a debit card put out by EPS that you can use. We don’t know what fees we charge for that form of payout. You need to call EPS at 866-371-4377 to obtain that card. They would know at that number what fees we charge and how exactly the process works. Until we have another online solution in place, we will probably allow our Neteller customers to still get one free payout a month by one of our other methods (not counting Western Union). You would have to call and ask for it on a case-by-case basis.

Carib only has one option for US players and that is Fed-Ex which I will be using come Sunday when their next cash out cycle starts.
