    Default Diamond randomly takes away free plays

    I logged into my account to find that my $300 free play balance was removed. I called CS to see why it was removed and they told me I had to talk to Anthony. Unfortunately, Anthony is never available when I call. I did just use a free play there last week and won off of it but I don't believe they should take away my remaining balance. In my mind, don't offer loyalty points/free plays and then take them away. We don't ask for our money back when we lose!!

    how much have you lost to them in the past ?

    I'm up with them in the long run but the free play was rewarded from the loyalty point system so I don't feel that it matters if I'm up or down. I know VIP uses crap like this but I didn't expect it from a CRIS owned operation

    They expire after 30 days.

    I was aware of the 30 day expiration and since I just cashed in the loyalty points 10 days ago, i should still have a few weeks to play it.
