    Essentially it's like faxing the sportsbook a real check. If I send a sportsbook a check (from a US bank) can my US bank refuse to honor it? Can my bank refuse to accept a check from an account that engages in the gambling business. If the government can make this happen, then not even *************** can save us...

    I used to have software to prints checks off on my computer from people I sold stuff to on ebay... therocially if you could write someone a check on a napkin and it is legit... getting a bank to cash it is completely different subject...

    The issue in my case is not the legitimacy of the financial instrument, but a question of the parties in the transfer.
