Have received a few ** payouts very quickly via BP before, and have been very satisfied this summer, with their service.
Requested a check on thursday afternoon for the end of baseball. and since it is free for withdrawals of over 500 and to check the speed of this type of payout. So I figured I'd start looking for it wednesday-friday. double checked in chat on friday morning, that i was indeed getting a check and when I should be looking for it...
Logged in today to check some pending futures i'd forgotten about... and there is a message for me that they sent it via ** on friday.... not sure why they changed the payout type on me. they never contacted me via phone or email. so had I not logged in, i'd have no idea that the $ was there. and they deducted a 50+ dollar fee. which was one of the reasons for requesting check.
Anyone ever request check from Phoenix and have them not grant your wishes like that? I will keep you updated on how they resolve the issue, as it is minor, but at the same time a nuisance and dissappointing. I was planning on re-upping after a short break
I got zero help in live chat on this issue thus far.
