Have received a few ** payouts very quickly via BP before, and have been very satisfied this summer, with their service.

Requested a check on thursday afternoon for the end of baseball. and since it is free for withdrawals of over 500 and to check the speed of this type of payout. So I figured I'd start looking for it wednesday-friday. double checked in chat on friday morning, that i was indeed getting a check and when I should be looking for it...

Logged in today to check some pending futures i'd forgotten about... and there is a message for me that they sent it via ** on friday.... not sure why they changed the payout type on me. they never contacted me via phone or email. so had I not logged in, i'd have no idea that the $ was there. and they deducted a 50+ dollar fee. which was one of the reasons for requesting check.


Anyone ever request check from Phoenix and have them not grant your wishes like that? I will keep you updated on how they resolve the issue, as it is minor, but at the same time a nuisance and dissappointing. I was planning on re-upping after a short break

do they keep track of their chats? because if they look at my request. they'll see I painstakingly made sure like 4 or 5 times that I requested a check, and made sure it was free... unreal

i got a "check" it was a bunch of 7 elevens money orders though, unproffessional but convenient as long as it does not get lost

I agree that I prefer money orders than checks. I like some things about Phoenix and have played there and will probably play there again in the future. On the other hand, I hope you get something for this mix up.

check was free, which would save someone 10% of their roll come payout time. I'd seen ** payout times from phoenix, wanted to test checks in case for some reason I wouldn't be able to do ** going forward. finally, my ID is currently lost.

That has nothing to do with money orders vs. checks........besides, one can deposit money orders directly to your bank anyways.

Chi try to contact Richard over their at Betphoenix if you can't get him then ask for Larryin customer service.They will get you right.Although I haven't been able to get their phone to ring today I wonder if they had another dos attack.Chi money orders do come faster because they are coming from Miami I ge mine in two days tops.

Money orders are better if they come from the Post Office, **, or a store like 7 Eleven because you usually don't get those crazy hold times.

Scorpion, I brought this to the attention of BetPhoenix a couple of weeks back. They informed me that all withdrawal requests must be requested either through e-mail or Live Chat so that they can be sure your rollover and waiting have been completed. Still, seems a tad odd as they are the only book I have ever used that does not allow an online request, and I'm talking dozens of books.....

I'm new to BP, where does it say you get one free ** or ** payout per month? I see where it says that about the check.

Last time I cashed out with them, I did so by check and got the *********** as well. No problems as I received it within 4 days or so. Think they should tell you it is a *********** so you don't get freaked out, but as stated earlier - the *********** is actually better than getting a check that some banks might red flag.

I think the online chat request info is correct and for me at least, that was the option I had to take to get the request, I did not have the option to simply choose from the list of options to cash out.

Bookmaker did that to me...fixed it by removing ** limit (2 separate transactions) and charged no fees. They contacted me before hand.

I would be more concerned with why the site goes down so often and why the numbers from the line services don't match up when you get logged in.How much action have they lost to other sites due to these glitches which should have been corrected by now?

I agree with you MBENZ hopefully they will get their bugs all worked out soon because there has been a few problems with their site. It has been a pain at times.

Site has been stable for awhile. We were DDOs'd like others, but got by that faster than most. Apart from that there has been very little interruption.
