I've never used InstaCash, as I consider the 8+% charge to be prohibitive. Yes, some books will pick up the tab, but I'd prefer they dislike me for the lines I bet rather than the processing charges I impose. I also don't consider my bank accounts to be bankroll; the money I could use for InstaCASH is off-limits in any case.
