Anyone play with these guys? They seem to have balls. 10k max pinnacle transfer with 4x rollover and no bonus. Gotta love the "you'll get nothing and like it" mentality.

I have used their sister book Jazz for years and I love them.

They have been around a long time with very little complaints, decent book.

They are an odd outfit. A friend mentioned to me recently that he gets –105 lines there. I don’t, so he suggested I call them to see if they’d switch me. I called today and they told me that that had been a temporary promotion for customers who forego bonuses, and that they were discontinuing it anyway and putting everybody on –110. I said, “So even the customers who now get –105 won’t get it any longer?”
His exact words were, “Yeah, with Pinnacle going under, there’s no reason to offer 105 any more.”
Which is interesting, since several other books reacted the exact opposite way: adding reduced juice options in response to Pinnacle pulling out of the American market.

Terrific, useful book.
I got a laugh out of your description of their attitude. It's very true. I remember having a dispute over bonuses way-back-when when I was eligible for bonuses there. The response I got from Harvey was basically, "The answer is no. Now stop bothering us about it. It's not a negotiation - our decision is made and we're done with this."
It was definitely not in keeping with the the customer is always right philosophy, I had drilled into my head from my years in the conventional business world.
Is that attitude good business on their part? Maybe in this industry where there are so many ratbags, it is. I don't know. They also hardly promote at all despite their very good product. Is that good business? Again, I don't know.
Unusual sportsbook in some ways. But good.

I agree with all here was said.
For me they seems to be much more professional book than cris, greek and even wsex!
I hope they survive and they deserve A, instead of many others.

Maybe they do have some oddities but I would defer to Mudcat's post. I can also add that these guys have been in the industry since there was an industry. Plus, they are guys who do not beat around the bush. They are honest.

I was actually looking at them for bases this year Slash. Jazz is one book I have yet to play at over the year for some reason or another. I haven't heard any horror stories on this subject. However, I was wondering did you ever have any issues on your end with there limits possibly being cut at any point on you being the type of player you are?

I wouldn't have thought so, but it doesn't hurt to double check though. Thank you sir for answering my question.
