Will they still be operational? Will others still accept Neteller funding? This is terrible timing for me. I had started my Exodus threads and my Neteller was at an alltime high. The effect of losing my Neteller funds would be a lifealtering catastrophe.

I'm in the process of many, many EFT's to my bank account. In the meantime, my balance is fat and I've just started funneling money back to a couple top A books. Meanwhile, I don't want to do everything because if Neteller has a limited stay to finish up with Americans, now I'm stuck in the books. LOL. What a mess this is.

If you have a Neteller DC load it up now. If you dont move your money to a very reputable book. I like CRIS but BoDog will do. I would not wait untill tomorow. Get your money secured and if this all blows over you can move it back to Neteller. I dont think Neteller would steal your money but there may be a run on the bank due to the hype.

It's just a temporary trading halt. This is rather common when companies make public information likely to have an impact on the stock price.

I suspect that trading will resume later today or perhaps tomorrow.

I cant comment on the effect of the stock shares being froze, but chill out, no need to panic. Neteller money will still be safe even if they do disallow U.S. customers from depositing into and cashing out of online gambling sites. There would be a cashout phase. There are also plenty of other means to recieve funds from sportsbooks.

Its that Cash Out Phase that might slow getting your money out thats what I was trying to help newguy avoid. NO DOUBT IN MY MIND NETELLER WILL NOT STEAL YOUR FUNDS.

Hypothetically, I said hypothetically, if NT froze all USA accts sportsbooks would have to wait to send players $$ that were deposited into the books via NT. I think I'm right? How many days I'm not sure.

I doubt that books have a lot of money sitting at Neteller. (But I never checked if Neteller pays interest.) Any sportsbook holding customer money is going to put a large chunk of it in a bank to earn interest.

With a Cashiers Check all you pay is the overnight fees unless your willing to wait a week or so then you pay nothing.

To all those of you moving money to "The books". I think you are just kidding yourselves.
All you have done is move the money from NewGuy,Aces etc @ Neteller to Oly,WSEX etc @Neteller.
The money is still in the same place and subject to the same risks.

The books do not have your money, it is still with Neteller.

I have complete faith in the intentions of Olympic WSEX etc to pay. I am not sure how effective those intentions would be if a god chunk of their money was in a frozen Neteller account.
