My Theory on the Neteller Rumor
If I'm wrong about this and there's any substance then I'm wrong, but since as of this time (2:34 AM EST) there is no other google news source for this rumor this is what it looks like to me.
911 knew that they'd get a ton of hits if they floated this, so they did and they did.

I'd speculate this is not a gaming law related case. My best guess is this is either a state charge or possibly a money laundering hit.
