I am 4-0 and will watch to see what happens. Hopefully Prick splits his games today and those who finish higher than +3 units take a nice piece of the pie.

The sponsors would rather have the money given to posters because it will be sliced amongst many and has to be rolled over multiple times meaning the sponsors are taking a limited risk. The prick is just an employee and gets paid for his schtick no matter what his record is weekly.

you add up the units that all guys have that beat the prick, the divide 5k by that and get a per unit payout then multiply how many units you have by that to get your cut

This is from the rules:

The objective of the contest is to beat 'The Prick'. If the Prick goes 4-0 on his NFL/NCAAF ATS picks, nobody wins any money that week. If the Prick goes 3-1 +3.00 units, and you go 3-1 +3.01 units, you have beaten the Prick and will cash in a portion of the $5,000 Prize-Pool. Your share will be dependant on how many others have also beaten the Prick, and if anyone went 4-0.

Not true Rake all you have to do is BEAT the Prick... He finished at +2.90... SO anyone who is 3-0 +4.00 with any picks pending under -110 should be guaranteed money...
