ACC and the Big East are, and have been for a few years, a notch below the other power conferences.

The ACC has also been diluting the talent pool of having a true power by all the teams just being average to good. Outside of Duke, every team is generally in bowl contention most years.

The 3 big East teams have been carrying the ACC since they moved over. Had they not changed leagues, the ACC would be the worst by far

I agree... The Big12 has lost some key OOC games this year. TT and Okie State both go down to a Houston team that just blasted by UTEP. Choklahoma just went down to the "U", who get whacked by Va Tech. Colorado get's whacked by everyone and the Big12 North has a couple of frauds in Kansas and Mizzou.

Overall though, the ACC has been horrible the past few years. I think they are 1 of 9 in the last BCS games they've played. Clearly the worst of the BCS conferences.
