i guess that since pinnacle is out, the greek figures it can relax its customer service. i LOVE to bet tennis and they have always been great about grading quickly. but, as with most other non-us sports, it seems they are not bothering to grade them in a timely manner anymore. i have over $2000 in tennis wagers waiting to be graded. some matches have been over for over 2 hours. now, i have no funds in my account for the rest of the matches because they are being lazy. this is a major, it isn't some little tourney. i sent 2 emails, neither of which they have replied to. i am not gonna waste the time calling. it seems they figure they can relax now that their major competitor is gone. if this is gonna be a trend, they will not have me much longer
