I see the C+ grade but I can't find anything negative from searching the main site here.. reduced juice (just basketball?) and decent bonus (which some might interpet as scary)... anyone have any opinions?

I like Atlas. They do have decent lines and they've always paid me. At most it takes 48hrs, usually its 24hrs. However, during these times of turmoil, you definitely need to be careful with every book. Especially after superbowl.

Good Book they always pay fast. Like Pags said the lines are vanilla and they dont have the in progress quarters that I like to bet or the live lines. They do pay and if you just want to play Games and Half Time lines I wouldn't hesitate to try them.

I agree with everyone about caution being called for.
Having said that, I like them a lot.
I don't agree that the lines are vanilla. For baseball, they had some of the best lines out there and I still find some nice moneylines on the winter sports. It's true that pointspreads and totals are mostly vanilla though.
Limits are workable.
I've never had a problem with a payout - always same day for me (Neteller). After your first free payout of the month, there is a $40 charge for each $2500 though. That's a bit hefty IMO.
Bonuses are freeplays in case you didn't know.
