I finally got my Neteller Withdrawl from PINNACLE. I went to go deposit it to BETCRIS via Neteller.

Total amount deposited $2986

I log back in BETCRIS after the deposit and my balance shows $0.00

I log back to NETELLER and it shows my neteller balance is $0.00 as well.

So I check my neteller log on the front page, it shows.

Jan 14 12:49 CRIS $2,986.00 - USD Accepted


So now I have ZERO balance in BOTH accounts and BETCRIS is telling me they never got it.

Finally got a hold of Neteller...they said The transaction went through....person could barely speak English.


FINALLY GOT PAID. LUIS AT BETCRIS WAS A TOTAL ASS AND NOT HELPFUL...ADRIANNA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOT ME PAID.

I figured i would paid but after luis sayign no it didnt go through and it was 10 minutes until gametime which i wanted to bet on..i was upset..money is in the account after talking to a different rep..one that knew what they were doing..thanks

The first rep just basically told me NO we didnt get your money, all it showed was an error, call Neteller


I called neteller and they said that yes it was accepted by CRIS

So I got a hold of cRIS again "adrianna" from customer service ...and she said yes she had to do it manually and that my money is in my account
