Default If Neteller quits in April and banking becomes more complicated?

Couple questions.

1-If Neteller quits by being forced not to do this anymore, wouldn't that mean other money shuffling companies would have to quit too?

I don't think another company similar would come along to pick up the business, because it wouldn't be worth it.

A) Who is going to trust some new company that comes out of the blue to handle your money shuffling needs? Sounds like a scam waiting to happen.

B) If there is a back up plan in case Neteller does quit, why would they be able serve and Neteller can't. Places like Firepay, Solidpay, etc.

2- If banking is going to become more tightened up, would a regular U.S. bank even cash a check from a sportsbook or would I have to go up to the party store and have them cash it after juicing me? Wouldn't someone evenetually catch on and find out the check is from a sportsbook and then I would get busted?

As you can see, I'm going over the different ways sportsbooks offer to pay out. It's not a problem of getting them the money, but it is getting it back, in cash.

So, Neteller (soon), Western Union, bank wires, checks, credit cards, all those would be no good.

3- What are some other ways sportsbooks can get us the cash back when we want to cash out some or all?

Seems like this is going to be the tough one and that the American government is seriously putting an end to it, little by little, until they have it choked out.

When a sportsbook cuts you a cashiers check it doesn't say XYZ Sportsbook. Bank tellers that make $8/hour couldn't tell a sportsbook check from any other check and wouldn't care to do anything about it even if they could tell the difference.

yeah, I've dealt with cashier's checks...started playing online about 6 years ago before I used neteller...usually the checks are fedexed overnight (or two day air)...you have to deposit them is the only thing, can't cash them because they are from outside the U.S...

I have no idea what will happen, I guess an option s taking a vacation to Canada and opening up a bank account their and then when back in usa you can wire funds from your usa bank to your canadian bank and then possibly deposit into sportsbooks using wires or a canadian credit card.

I think Cris has the right idea with there own debit card. The books need to create there own in house funding source so that when the Feds cut the life line to your book you can still deposit there.

Cris stop offering debit cards deposit/withdraws.

their CS said they don't know when it's coming back, but did mention they were upgrading the cards.
I think it's a total BS, it's just an excuse. I think US government shut down the Debit Card processor's ability to use it for gambling.

Your correct Freebie I just spoke to the book manager at CRIS
and it has something to do with the Card company itself. I was assured that if Neteller pulls the plug in April (Which I Hope They Don't) Citadel which is based in Canada should still be able to process Direct Debits from your Bank account.

As soon as Neteller pulls out of the U.S. market, which will happen at some point. You will start to see people like the infamous Nick Nolter start appearing again soon enough offering books banking solutions.

Interesting that the US claims addiction and fraud are why offshore gambling should be banned. Yet after the smoke clears and everyone is shut down, there will be more fraud and ripoffs than ever before with start-up scams trying to get into the money-transfer and booking business.

Very dangerous.

Will likely be check based at least in terms of withdrawals, but then that will put pressure on banks to help figure out what checks are from sportsbooks. Then they player himself could find himself in trouble if they catch him depositing sportbook related checks.
