I edited my information to Lyon, France it still did not change my limits? And if we make all the bets from the US would that be a problem?

I am thinking about it too.
Would use a proxy server too.
I was thinking of calling them up and asking a question. Something to the affect that I am from the USA but own a home in Canada, and spend alot of time there. Can I change my address to the home I own in Canada and still wager?
First I would like to get my cash back to neteller.
Worth a shot atleast.

At least three elements:
Internation Proxy for all betting and transactions.
International Address (and Phone if you are going to contact them that way).
International Bank assuming you plan to do bank wires which are likely best. Most countries require physical pressence to set up account but not all.
------
If Pin require international ID than you are pretty much screwed unless you actually move to another country and can obtain ID.
If you want to use a third party processor to fund your account, you will still likely need an international bank and you will also likely have to provide ID as many currently and in this more agressive environment need that to prove residency and to avoid fraud.

Yes, but you won't get a cookie that says you're in the US if on a non-US proxy.

Fellows, stop wasting time. Nobody from the U.S. is going to be betting with Pinnacle anymore. Best thing is to look for suitable and safe alternative. Pinnacle is like the greatest and hottest g/f you ever had and you just broke up. You knew it was to good to be true. It's over...let's move on.

Bear is correct, wasting your time going through all the obstacles just to get a bet down.

Our only hope is if the WTO has a backbone and then the U.S. congress, now in dem control, overturns that BS law.
I know, I'm dreamin.

pinnacle would require a proof of residency in another country which corresponds with your banking information.Originally Posted by rm18
so you would need something like a utility bill or even a rental contract for an apartment in the non us country along with a bank statement that verifys your address in said country
you do not need a government id that states your a resident of the new country. also if you headed back to the united states you wouldnt be able to access the site and ive never found a proxy that worked so i dont see it as an option.
