P.S. I just hope they are waiving the $15.00 withdrawal fee for customers who have already used up the free withdrawal this month.

Getting annoyed by Pinnacle's slowness in this matter. Transfers were immediate before. Maybe ten or fifteen seconds. There is no way this should take this long if they were putting any type of serious effort into this. How many requests would they have gotten? Couldn't be more than a few thousand at this point. You do the math. Two days and counting. Even with two people processing these requests that would be about 2000 minutes in two days (480 minutes in an 8 hour work day).

I just filled out this poll and said I hadn't got paid but I just checked Neteller and I just received a payment for $5,200. I submitted this request at 6am central time on Thursday morning right when the announcement was made. I hope that i see a lot more of these posts soon

I too just got paid right after I filled out this survey. It only took 30 hrs. Believe me I am happy to get my money but I am very disappointed in pinnacle.

I requested a book transfer to WSEX yesterday at 6:30PM PST. So almost 25 hours. I sent a second transfer request at 12:30PM PST today to see if that help speed things up. I guess not.

I got 3600 today and I had 10K in there many times. I really thought I was going to get stiffed the way they talked to me on the phone, no emails, 30+ hrs wait (neteller), etc.

No xfer to Neteller yet, requested Thursday early morning. Pinnacle's been my main book for some seven years now. I've always been a two-dollar to two-dime bettor. They owe me 6K right now. This lack of service is dishonorable and disrespectful, their planning for this situation clearly was terrible. Looks like I may be shut out of NFL tomorrow. Will never use a Caribbean book again. The British understand customer service, will stick with them from now on.

My request was made at about 1130am eastern on Thursday -- probably at the start of the peak request time, would be my guess.

Confirmation from Pinny of the transfer at about 720pm eastern on Friday.

their planning for this situation clearly was terrible.

N, it's just speculation, but I would lay -300 that they themselves didn't know they were going to do this until sometime Wednesday (when Special Agent Somebody told them: you will be out of the U.S. in the morning or we're going to indict.)

Look for pinnacle to come back and service American bettors again within a year or two. This sportsbook knows what it is doing and has a strategy to come back after the situation changes in the U.S.
