I was told by WSEX support that pinnacle has stopped doing book to book transfer to WSEX, "according to another customer"... They told me to deposit what I had in pinnacle directly from my excess funds in neteller and to confirm the amount in my pinnacle account and I would get the bonus... I did this and sent a screen shot of my money sitting in my pinnacle account so I hope this works out... I had a fairly small balance in pinnacle because of losing scalping I had done there recently so, obviously, this probably isn't an option for everyone with a huge pinnacle balance or a dry neteller...

I would talk to support though (and get copies of what they tell you) as, from I've read, many people are hearing different things from support...

that's exactly what I had to do...

no owned, during hoops season have about 30% of my bankroll there, rest is split up between cris, matchbook and legendz (although just met my rollover requirements at legendz)...

Pinnacle for some reason no longer did the sportsbook transfer, but did finally get the money into my Neteller. WSEX was fine with that and gave me the 20% bonus.

More importantly, my Suns ticket cashed.

it took about a day to get my withdrawal...they credited my account 15 bucks so that I wouldn't be charged for a withdrawal (had withdrawn from pinny after the national championship game)...originally, I asked for a transfer, but they just gave me a withdrawal...I immediately put the money in wsex and received the 20% bonus...

I'm waiting on a book to book to WSEX and Jamaica, it's been about 36 hours since I sent the email. I had Matchbook already on my book to book list with Pinnacle and they processed it immediately, it was automatic and I just had to tell Matchbook to put it in my account.
