what is the best way to build this up? the min bet is $5.

Blackjack to go up to 10$, than pick two lines to go up to 15$ on roulette, than pick a 4-5 fold parlay....this is what I usually do with leftover 4-5$-s

Use teasers for college football, get the most possible points you can, put all the money on it, it wont pay that well but if you have even minor idea of some non-BCS teams you can get some great lines, could do maybe 2 or 3 teasers on a Saturday, then 2 for Sunday, you win each, betting all your money, then you could turn that into around $100 or so, not much but repeat that the following and you're looking at a decent amount.. that's how I've turned low amounts of money into pretty decent bankrolls

Just keep doing it with that book, and use other books as more serious ones, if you're good at it can turn it into a lot in a few months, it's what I'm going to do on 5dimes once I have some extra money

College Football teasers are the better bet, can do 2 or 3 on a Saturday, get some good lines, then do some NFL ones the next day for more money... dont know what your sportsbook offers but you could go with:

10.5 point 3 team teaser for 12 pm games:
North Carolina -2.5
Virginia Tech -6
Toledo +5.5

$5 to win $9.17

10.5 point 3 team teaser for 3:30 games:
Central Michigan +3
Notre Dame -2
Texas Tech -23.5

$9.17 to win $7.64

10.5 point teaser for 7 pm and later games:
California +15.5
Boise State -34.5
Houston U -4

$16.81 to win $14.01

Thats up to $30.82, do that with NFL for 1 and 4:30 games and you're up to over $100

I always find it better to not use totals in teasers, since 10 points is worth so much more on sides, 10 points is easily made up in 2 total possessions, however 10 on a side has to be made up in 4 possessions, if no turnover for a TD that is, so takes twice as much time, on average
