Tossing and turning thinking about my money now. About how long would you say it should take for PinnacleSports to pay me my money they owe me? The reason I ask is because I put in for a withdrawal early Wednesday afternoon and still nothing and its a little past midnight now. I was planning on probably betting some NFL playoffs this weekend maybe, but now I don't even know if I will be betting at all since they aren't paying me my money. I have $980 dollars all together that they owe me, so can I get SBR.com to help me get paid? How do I go about taking the proper steps to file a complaint against PinnacleSports and for collections assistance?

Right now, all you can do is wait it out. The load of request for withdrawals have them working overtime as it is. We dont want to flood them with no pay complaints.

I know it is tough to wait while there are questions about exactly how long but you will be paid.

Right now it sounds like you are only talking about a few business hours, although from a book who traditionally paid in minutes it probably feels like a week. I realize that others are waiting longer. From the feedback of players who received their money it took a minimum of 6 to 8 hours.

We will try to get a better idea of the timeframe tomorrow.

Just so you know, this was my first time joining an offshore sports site based on the recommendations from here, so if I sound a little paranoid its because I'm used to having control of my money and knowing where it is and stuff, security basically. I'm not trying to start any trouble, but I just want my money.

I guess I will just go to bed and check in the morning, instead of staying up any longer and checking every ten minutes. Hopefully by lunch time I will have the funds and won't have to get people after PinnacleSports to pay me my money, but we'll see how it goes. I have all the records of transactions (just 1 deposit) and bets (only made one bet) copied down on file if I need them and any other information.

Holy crap! $6,800? Are you serious? Dang, I don't even know what I would do about that, besides go crazy and keep calling them. 10 hours is a long time now and I hope we aren't getting ripped off. Thankfully, we have sites like this that the bookies listen to where muscle guys save us from being robbed and make collections on our behalf. I am 110% certain that Pinny will pay. Keep in mind however that it will take longer than usual on this one occasion because of the sheer volume of withdrawal requests. As it said in another thread, please allow a couple of days for requests to be processed. With the weekend upon us, I would say that players that made their withdrawal requests on Thursday should have their money by Monday. If you guys don't get paid by then, THEN post so here as that may be a red flag.

guys if you have a wsex account go that route. after waiting just 3 hours i e mailed pinny and told them to cancel my neteller withdrawal cause i wanted to transfer to wsex. they responded back within 5 min, which was prettyu shocking. Money went into wsex right away and i e mailed wsex the account to account transfer message i got at the pinny menu. got the 20% and was able to place a bet on the nba last night. might be the smart thing to do esp if u wanna bet nfl tomm. who knows your requests may not go thru till monday.

I've been waiting for my WSEX transfer since yesterday. I'm not worried that I won't get paid, and most of my Pinnacle balance is pending wagers anyway on the NFL playoffs, but I did expect this to be done by now.

When you did the transfer from pinny i hope you copied and saved the transaction. if you did all you have to do is e mail accounts@wsex.com and paste that transaction in the email. call them and let them know you sent them an e mail. it worked for me easy that way last night.

26 hours and nothing. Put in for Neteller cashout at 10am EST yesterday and requested that it be cancelled and transferred to WSEX instead around 6pm EST. Thought I was going to get the free 2k on this promotion by WSEX, but Pinnacle will probably send the transfer next week if I'm lucky.
