    Default pinnacle *slow* paying ?

I got the shocking message from Pinn. So requested a $293 of my payout. Not that much $$$, right. Been over an hour and still no money in my Neteller. SLOW for Pinn, but I'm sure they are being hit with lots of payouts today. I sent them an email this morning and it got sent back undeliverable. I'm sure I'll get my money and $293 is nothing to cry about. Just wondering if anyone else was able to get a payout today and how long it took. Sad day for US bettors. Let's overthrow the government.

Getting all that money through Neteller at once will be a challenge not matter how long they planned for this. But, I wouldn't be surprised if Pinnacle processes all of its payouts within the scheduled amount of time.

agree with bill here...pinnacle shutting down for U.S. customers sucks, but you will get paid (within 24 hours I'm sure)...

I just got paid $400. It took about 9 hours from my initial request. I did send their customer service an e-mail (polite) about an hour ago so maybe that helped move things along?

They must of had a real slug in Neteller. It could take some time. Keep us updated.

About 7 hours for me... not bad, mid 4 figures.... hey , I don't belong to The Greek- that 21% signup to $250 won't hurt...

    I withdraw via Neteller.
    It is long.
Do they have enough money to pay everyone?

I finally got my ********** withdrawal from Matchbook. Still waiting for my money from Pinnacle. It's been about 24 hours now. I sent an email yesterday...no reply. This is obviously a PR disaster from Pinnacle. They should have handled this better.

come on donot be so hard on pin . do u believe they wanted this or is it so easy to proceed to thousands of withdrawals and some millions $;in general the bettors criteria should be not the time if it is 5h or 10h or a day but if he will take his money.and that is sth everyone is sure about it.That is the most important

Best I can tell they seem to be processing outside the US first, then smallest balances to biggest. Pure speculation, but that is the only pattern I have observed so far. And is likely how I would do it as well if every put in the situation.

Noticed the same pattern from reading the various forums. What if Calvin swoops in and buys the larger accounts? That would be a fitting end to this nightmare.

It would be nice to have atleast a Rep from Pinnacle make a statement about the estimated time it might take for a withdrawl, instead of keeping everyone worrying about it. I think the public would feel much more confortable giving a timeframe instead of saying "quickly as possible" after a full day has gone by with no response

I have a large fedex deposit in limbo (they received it yesterday but not added to my account) as well as a small balance. I used to trust this place as much as my own bank. What an eye opener as to the risk involved.......

Trying to be patient but it's getting more and more difficult with the playoff games approaching.

I know it's just your observation; but that makes absolutely no sense. Why would they process outside the USA first when this only effects US customers. Withdrawal requests should be processed in the order in which they are received, regardless of size. I find it truly disturbing they Pinnacle is actually thinking about who and when to pay first.

I called them and the operator was clueless, she said typical 24-48 hrs. Not to mention she was rude probably because there are a lot of pissed of people.

The phone call I made to Pinnacle yesterday was pretty good. She was helpful in telling me to email csd and just request a cancellation of my Neteller request and request a WSEX transfer instead. And we shared a few jokes as she was double checking if I knew procedure/small issues and I told her that I've been a Pinnacle junkie for the better part of the decade and that all the protocol's been ingrained into my degenerate mind.

That said, it's now closing in on 30 hours and no response except for one that made little sense in regards to the specifics of my cashout.

It does make sense, they want to keep the existing customers unaffected by the current situation, business as usual for them. Its worst PR to disturb the future (current customers) than the past (exiting customers).

One other thing of note here. I had a small account with Bet365 before they pulled out of the US. I NEVER had a problem like this getting paid.

I'm not saying we won't eventually get paid, but something is a little odd. I always regarded Pinnacle heads and shoulders above Bet365.

I made a Neteller withdrawal request 25 hours ago. Nothing as yet & im from outside the US so it does not look like us Europeans are getting prioritised here.

Bill/John is there anyway you guys can get with Pinnacle and see what a timeframe will be with these withdrawls? I know Pinnacle are paying as we speak but maybe a timeframe from when you submitted your request until you get paid. This might put some ease to some people. Saying as soon as possible really isnt cutting it for most people. Ive checked other forums and they also are worried because when you ask pinnacle how long it will take they give you mixed answers.

Hang in there guys. They are, by their own doing, flooded with payout requests. I have heard they are sending money in from banks all over the world into their different merchant accounts and working around the clock to process payouts.

    Serg,
We have. But they can not give an accurate timeframe because of what I detailed above.

We are all sorely dissapointed this was not handled better.

Netellers could take up to 4 days.

Will they still be doing payouts on saturday/sunday?
