I am not really great with technical stuff.
But isnt it as simple as having a residential address somewhere else
    and using an IP anonymiser.

IP Anonomisers can really be slow and most will not work on HTTPS:// sites

Don't want to tout this, but you can always set up a Vegas account, get a internet based phone service, and add a Nevada area code. The call will show up as coming from Nevada.

i use this app to access my home pc from work. logmein.com

you install the app on the pc you want to connect too, then you go to a website, enter your username password, as long as the other computer is online you can remote into it.

They are probably more concerned with where your account is setup from, ie - NETTELLER,etc...

I would imagine a european on vacation in USA could still place bets. But maybe I am wrong

Yon need an address outside of the US and some sort of money transfer ability. Its easy to get a legit looking fake ID.

I dont know. It might work if you have an address outside the US. There is a website that sells fake ID's. You will likely need that.

I am not sure if the law applies to US citizens or residents or just people within the US. Different websites use different words but I put that down to sloppy terminology. My guess is it applies to anyone whilst in the US. You usually have to observe the laws of the country or state you are in.

    try www.gotomypc.com

very fast secure and reliable. I think $14 per month per PC. you can blank out the screen and lock the keyboard so no one can see what you are doing. it's great.

don't use IP proxy services. very slow and won't work with Neteller.. you need valid IPs.

I suggest you remote control you PCs in Canada. internet connnections are more reliable here than Mex. Plus, sports books welcome IPs from Canada. Can't say the same for Mex. If you pay a Canadian to host for you that would be best. When you come here to open your checking account you can interview prospects (craiglist is the best way to advertise). Gambling is legal here so Canadians are very open to helping. we see nothing wrong with it. Just pay your host a modest monthly fee. believe Canadians are great to work with and honest people and we like Americans. Goodluck my friends....

Just make up a fukkin address, I have accounts with addresses that do not exist, also change in Neteller and just do bank transfers with Neteller

If Neteller closes then it is over

I think Neteller's security and anti-fraud procedures are advanced and should be respected. I wouldn't provide them with any information that is not valid. If you value doing business with Neteller, don't break their rules. Maybe bend them, but don't break them.

Certainly some UK books (Betfair, Ladbrokes, WH) go by IP, can't see that the offshores wouldn't also, if they cared.

    365 don't care.

Living in Thailand, I made inquiries of an 'accommodation address' company located 100 meters from where I now live. One could easily set-up any number of "legit looking" addresses including a telephone number & copy of a utility bill. FWIW using the telephone number in conjunction with VoipStunt when calling sportsbooks if said book you were calling did monitor caller ID, Thai origination would be shown on their display...the only other item then one would need would be a copy of one's passport.

Opening accounts in this manner, you would retain complete control of your sportsbook account without having to rely on any 3rd party.

    It's just a thought!
