Default More proof that Ohio St and Big Ten are RAGS!!

Jarvis Moss after the Game against Ohio St..

"Honestly, we've played a lot better teams than them," Florida defensive end Jarvis Moss said. "I could name four or five teams in the SEC that could probably compete with them and play the same type of game we did against them."

Big Ten not very good this year in football....this on the heels of none of their teams reaching the Sweet 16 in the NCAAB tournament and getting smoked for like the 9th straight here in the ACC/B-10 challenge.

OSU's soft schedule, compared to teams in the SEC, the 50+ day layoff and good ole over confidence did in OSU.

They really should schedule a conference championship game and drop the Bowling Green's and pick up say an Alabama or one of the mid tier SEC teams.

I guess tougher schedules mean something in the long run especially in college football. In college baskets it is not as important in the tourney.

    Good post..

But after that game yesterday I don't see Ohio St wanting to mess with the SEC..

Once again, the SEC has proven it is the best conference around. i can remember back in 2004, when auburn went through the SEC gauntlet and was not given any shot to play for a championship.
I truly believe any team who wins the SEC championship, deserves the chance to play for BCS title or if you are an Auburn fan- a BS title.
I do not feel any pity for Biose State, such as AP or CP share.Congratulations to the win over Oklahoma , but that does not spell championship. Say "we went undefeated all you won't", but keep in mind Auburn. The SEC team who bet three top ten times, some top 25 teams, and the SEC conference.

    Auburn is legit...

I think i read somewhere that Tommy Tuberville is like:

    3-0 against Top 5 teams
    9-1 against Top 10 teams

Seems to me like he is a doing a very good job. I hope AUB destroys ALA till Saban leaves.

You know the Big Ten is bad when Wisconsin looks like the top of the class in foots & baskets.

Seriously, though, the Big Ten has more travel for bowl games than any other conference. Isn't the Rose Bowl basically a home game every other year for USC?

Biose State was a great team. But in the SEC they'd have at least 2 losses and maybe 4.

I think 4 losses is about right John.

Those teams in the SEC beat up on each other year after year down there. The talent levels alone would indicate 4 losses for sure if they played in that conference.

Boise State would lose to Auburn,LSU and Florida for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if they lost to Tenn,UGA,Arkansas,or BAMA either..

Could lose 5 or 6 easy IMO.. Tough Tough conference..
