Hello, first off all I find this forum interesting for me and think that this information will be interesting for other players. My drama story with bet365:

A was playing with bowmans, find there service nice, good software, perfect customer service and so on, my life was nice with them. One perfect moment I try login to bowmans and find that I and my funds was transferred to bet365. I look at SBR forum about information about them, and find a lot of negative, like bet365 give player loose bet he didn’t place and so on. Sure I am not interesting bet with this criminal gays. After review all SBR information I decided withdraw all funds (7298) from them. I contact with them in live chat and give them instructions for wire pay out, they processed pay out on 13 dec.. 22 dec. my bank told me that thay get funds 18 dec. (and imedently ask bank of bet365 confirm correct last name) but cant credit my account due to error in my last name. 22 dec. I inform bet365 about error thay make and thay told me that thay put trace (Sharon T: The trace was begun on the 22/12/06.) on this wire and soon all will be good. Today 9 j. I again contact my bank, my bank confirm that thay don’t get answer from bet365 bank and 26 dec. sent funds back. After this a go to bet365 live chat and told them that funds was sent back to them 15 days ago and according to time frame bank rules funds must be on there are bank account. The only one thay say that funds not return to them. Its impossible, I ask them provide me result of trace that thay start 22 dec.. Banks have time frame for all kind of operation, for trace 10 day, now is 18 days how thay start trace. If this true, result that show where are funds mast be in bet365 bank long ago. They have very nice answer about trace:

Very good position we told bank start trace but why our bank don’t give us answer not our problem. I think that thay don’t start any trace 22 dec. as thay say, and ask them sent to me via post copy of bank statement that show that trace was start. There are answer was – terminate chat. When I try speak with them thay always terminate chat. Now is 28 days how I cant get my funds, the only one they always say you mast wait, wait till what? May be some one will work on this problem? This is all my gambling bank and for that reason I lost all action on NCAAF bowls and wild card NFL, this is unbelivible. I wait this for all year and now due to incorrect work of bet365 (******:dont understand I provide incorect last name or this error of bet365?

I dont see any problems with wire, as for me its very easy metod to transfer funds from my bank account to sportbook account and back. Error prone can happens if some one dont do his job coorect. And dont want do nothing when error happens. Now thay delay my pay out for 28 days and dont tell me when I get my funds. Realy finance A!

Wires are easy and cheap. But the problem is when someone makes a simple typo or encodes the wrong number and fires off the wire you can kiss that money goodbye for a long time. It happens to us in Costa Rica probably 1 in 50 wires. International wires take from 15 days to 6 months to trace but usually it takes about 20 days. With Neteller if you get it wrong then no harm and no foul just re enter the info. Thats where NT has a big advantage over bank wires.

What that tell you and what they do are 2 completely different things. Only a complete optimist (or a bank employee) would expect this to be dealt with within 6 weeks.
Bet365 isnt a great book but you will get your money.

MK I dont doubt its the books fault. We see this complaint often. It happens no matter what the books rating is. Banks, sportsbooks and players sometimes make a human error with the wire instructions.

How do I know how long it takes? We deal with bank wires at our office in Costa Rica. They take a while to track down, sometimes a loooong while.

It is truly amazing how banks still do not have proper standarised ways of solving these problems. Cvnts!

To confirm that they made the transfer, they should simply email you a scanned copy of the transfer slip on which you can check the names and other details.

May I know which bank in which country we are talking about?

The longest I ever waited for a trace was 6 painful weeks. But we have had complaints from wires lost from Asia that took nearly 6 months. Eastern Europe is also bad.

Personally i wrote first at bettingadvice about my problem with bet365 and they told me to write here also and maybe you guys can give me some help. If i didn't have a problem with a bookmaker i would have never heard about this site

Well, this my first post on gambling forum. Before this I nevev do this, for wage I choose only A rated SBR boooks and never have problem, before was transfered from bowmans to bet365. Other reson for no post as you can see English not my first language and for post I use translater, it takes many time to say what I want. Read with dictonary is easy, write is hard. But I near 3 times per week I read information about diferent situations that players have on this forum. Keywords: "thay and mast" give me translater, this incorrect words for this situation? Lets return to bet365, yestaday thay sent to me email with attach of copy passport of some of there are customers. I contact with them and ask them why you sent me copy of passport of this gay. Answer was nice as always- thats error. As for me bet365 is not sportbook, thay are one big error. Thay dont take care about customers funds, thay dont take care about customers securety. For them normal give player wage he didnt place. Now thay sent copy of customers pasport as spam, what will be next spam? Copy of credits cards? Any body want there are pasport become public?

It is always frustrating dealing with a payout issue. Your money might be "lost in the shuffle" for a bit, but it is still there, and you will get it.

SBR_John is dead right about bankwires versus NT. I have made 100's of withdrawals, and NEVER had a problem from a solvent book with NT. I have had all sorts of problems with bank wires - both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals via wire are more problematic though - you find out very quickly when depositing if it bounces (it does make you wonder why they can't find out as quickly as you can when wiring money).
