Default Help!! Sportsbetting>com not paying

I deposited 1500 dollars to sportsbetting.com and won 800 dollars. When I tried to withdrawal the CS (customer rep) said that I needed to submit ID documents, so I did just that. Now they are taking forever to review the documents. They keep on giving me the same response that "We will email you when we have an update." Ive ran across the SBR forum and noticed many people experienced/experiencing the same problem. Please help. I am to the point that I only want my initial deposit back and not do business with sportsbetting.com ever again. Can you give me information on what I can do to resolve this sissue. help.

How long has it been?

I'd give them perhaps 2 weeks to do their "ID confirmation". If it is longer than 2 weeks from when you submitted what they asked for, file a complaint here:

It's obvious you have no patience, you started 2 threads within minutes of each other and posted to one of those threads yourself with in several minutes. Chill dude. As justin said if it takes longer than a few weeks start to worry.

Default ...help...

I am waiting on the 6th days. They first say that it would only take 24 hrs to verify my documents...however, it's just been dragging and dragging and they are making me feel like I won't get my money just because they dont want to pay... If you have any prior experience about this, please help!!

The reason why I have no patience is because I've ran across threads that complaint about the same thing with sportsbetting.com. I wonder if these guys ever got their money towards the end. 1500 is a lot to me bro. I cant afford to lose it over something like this.

the discrepancies of what the CS (customer representative) tells me is what worry me. There are guys out there that had waited over 3 months for a check but still received any. If i file a complain to SBR, what would they do?

We would contact them, and try to find out if there's a reason for the delay. A lot of times, books will "push things along" if we contact them - especially if your payout is just "lost between the cracks".

sportsbetting.com will only say to "give them more time" and they will email me when they have an update. I am on the urge of contacting my bank to file them as a fraud...

Ok, take a deep breath and calm down. Justin, who does make things happen, has responded (twice) and obviously you are on his radar, so that can only be a very positive thing. Durito and 20four7 have been doing this for a while and are telling you likewise. Go to the local pub and down a few pints because right now you are coming off as a nervous breakdown in progress.

have u guys had any experience with this type of situation b4? I have not. and no, Ive bet online before with sportsinteration and sportsbook.com. They paid me fast and painlessly. This is the first time something like this is happening, which justifies my nervous break down. drinking a pint will do nothing... i want my money... help!

lol Wow...Ok man, stress it up. A pint always helps, no matter the situation.

Again, Justin is obviously looking into it (Or will be) and that is a massively helpful development, the best news you could hope for. That's about all I can offer right now to calm you though I have a slight inkling that this may not help. Seriously, good luck.

Justin is employed by SBR and investigates disputes, slow payments and such. He has satisfied many of the players around here as a result of his work.

Justin is a moderator here and one of the best at resolving disputes between players and sportsbooks. Maybe you need to play at BetRoyal and have to send them your documentation 6 times before they finally accept it, then wait a month to send the money to moneybookers (when they did pay out that way). Have them accept deposits via a payment channel but won't pay out the same way you paid them. Hit you with all kinds of fees to get your money out.

Justin posted a c omplaint form, fill it out and let him look into it.

This thread got me thinking....would a player just ask for their deposit back even when they are up 800 If so, how long would Sportbetting delay getting it back to him

Sportsbetting.com CS is as bad as it gets lately. Sometimes their phones will just ring without an answer or a message. Emails to CS aren't getting responses and mgt. contacts haven't replied. Lou is working on the recent Sportsbetting.com cases and will be able to tell us more tomorrow. I do think you will be paid eventually H1981 if there aren't any multiple acct type issues.

Is that directed toward me? You tell a book your going to report them for fraud and perhaps to give "me my deposit back" when your up 800 and want to be paid? I have played with their whole family of books. I have withdrawn over 10k over 5-6 checks so you'll be paid (perhaps in a month or two). Just relax.

u know what...stressing out cannot expedite the payment process. If they don't clear things up soon, I am going to file relentless multiple fraud complaints. Thank you everyone for helping, especially Justin. Have a good day.

If you deposited using a CC you'll have ample time to do a charge-back. I assure you nothing will happen today. They probably have tens of thousands players. You will be paid.

For what it's worth, I had the same issue two weeks ago, and they eventually verified my documents and processed two payments for me last week. I will update when the funds have been received on my funds.
