Atleast 5Dimes and BetJam send checks to Canada.

Actually, when I go to the "Request a Payout" page, under Payout Method the "Select a Method" doesn't allow any selection at all in the drop-down box. None. Maybe it's a Canadian-only members glitch but it's a tad curious.

Let me be clear that I have no intentions of withdrawing any time soon (I've not yet been in the position to make any withdrawals from Phoenix), but if and when I do request payment this is somewhat puzzling considering I deposited via Moneybookers.

I have been pleased with them also with their first time offer to me for a $100 free play when I deposit $100. They have been very good so far. I sure plan to keep using them during the football season this year.

I like BetPhoenix but the check withdrawal section is not clear. It says that 1 free $2000 check can be requested every month, then later it says that checks are sent in increments of $500. This is in the banking section. If I had $5000 I wanted out I would hate to get 10 $500 checks. Hopefully thats not the case but they don't make it clear.

There are no limits listed on their site either. I guess you just rely on the software? If it takes the bet, you are not over the limit?
