It works well if I contact them with my current IP adress - normally I get access within minutes.

BUT:
This seem to only work for that certain IP adress.
If your ISP work with dynamic IP adresses, you get a new IP adress

a) in case you are kicked out by your ISP
b) in case you log-out of the current internet connection

Next try, next day, etc. - new IP.

Does it mean, that we need to contact MB every time we have a new IP, even if it is similar to the old one? (ISP's normally have a certain block of IP's available...)
