I play with them a lot and they are okay. Kinda slow with Neteller payout comparing to other A+ books. requested 4 payouts so far this year and every one of them are 6 hours to make it my Neteller account.

I used to like VIP. Not anymore.
All hell broke loose the day when I received an email from them to let me know how compassionate they were and how they were thinking about making a donation to the American Red Cross in the aftermath of the Katrina disaster.
How were they planning to do that you may ask ? Cut a check may be ? Hell no ! They informed me that they were going to donate a ridiculous 1% of all the money placed on bets on a specific day meaning that they would pocket the remaining 99%.
When a business entity takes advantage of a human tragedy to make a freaking buck is the day when you ponder about the future of mankind.
I was so utterly disgusted by all this matter that I emailed them to let them know in the strongest terms possible that their approach to business stinks to high heaven and I demanded closure of my account.

I play VIP exclusively. I'm not a high wager pro, so I don't have to worry about having limits reduced and such, so my experience has been great so far. I've used customer support twice and had great results both times. My winning bets are credited to my account the moment the game ends and the web site itself is easy to navigate and use. I've yet to withdraw any money but I don't expect any problems when I do. They had a matchplay bonus (up to $100) offer when I joined (3x rollover)...not sure if they still have it and it's too low an offer for a lot of the bettors here to care about.
Betman, I see your point. That did make them look bad. Oh, their loyalty points are nice and all, but if you're not a big bettor they are of little use. You need something like 10,000 loyalty points for a stinking wall calendar, and unless you are making large, frequent wagers those points do not accrue very fast.

VIP totally dicked me earlier in the year...I am from Nevada and didn't read the fine print...I didn't notice it, but they took out my initial deposit bonus and didn't let me know why...let proceeded to let me refer them two new customers, and then I called in to see why my account hadn't been credited and then they finally told me I wasn't eligible for bonuses...very bad busines...they are a good book, but my experience with them was very negative...
