As we all know Bobby Knight just won his 880th win the other day. I'm surprised that Indiana never acknowledged the feat at all, and gave gave thanks to him for all those years of coaching, as well as NCAA championships.

I lived in Bloomington, IN before & after Coach got fired. Let's just say he was blackballed from IU. He brought too much "negative" attention to IU, as well as pissed the wrong people off as far as I can tell. It's a long & messy story, but basically he rubbed a lot of the wrong people the wrong way. I don't expect IU to formally recognize Knight in any form for any future accomplishments. It may have even been part of their final agreement.
