I've got a big problem with WSEX. First of all I can't understand why they have A+ rating here. Unbelievable for me.
I made some bad experiences with them.
First the withdrawal policy. I deposited by ********** and the only way to get a withdrawal for me I was told is by check. So I have to accept high bank fees here in Germany for changing from $ back to EUR and for the
processing of the check. This check they sent on 12th of Dec. alleged. Until today I received NOTHING.
Second the live support. More than 5 times in the last weeks I tried this opportunity on normal US times! The window showed they are online!!! And only at my first try I got a live partner there! All the other times they didn't react, so I had to write by email.
Third these emails weren't answered, especially the last 3 when I asked them why they send a check (saw it in the account history) with 9 US-$ less than my account balance were before. And especially if they sent the money or not! NO reaction! So I believe they want to deceive me!

So I can only say the customer policy is poor by WSEX!!! ANd my money seems gone I believe...

Relax and we will help you get this straight. You WILL be paid. I'm sorry you were treated to far less than A+ service. Let us find out what happened and we will report it to you and the forum.

Well, I can't defend the live support or the email problems. But I did just check and it has been 15 business days, and two days greater than three weeks on the straight calendar since December 12th. WSEX puts on their site "Up to three weeks for regular mail in the US." It doesn't say anything about regular mail to Europe.

I have forwarded this thread to the right people and I am sure they will address this.

This rises to the level of "fraud" as much as there is a "Crisis at BetCRIS."

Point of interest JJ, unlike a so many of these other phonies, WSEX was founded in 1996, 10+ years now.

For USA people I PERSONALLY recommend their "First Pay" card system, can be used at matchbook too.

Altho, "Travis" in First Pay's C/S dept will promise more than he can deliver. In Fact he flat-out lied to me but I still recommend the DC.

Not to worry. Many threads appear from time to time from frustrated players. Let them vent, its a players forum. We will get it straightened out. The forum will learn what happened with the CS with this player and they will learn he has been paid. All in due course.

Most books have long since dropped the 'Regular Mail' option. It might be time that WSEX takes a look at that.

Can anyone answer why they haven't changed their software to allow risk or win amounts to be entered rather than be selected off of a drop down menu with predetermined amounts?

I won't play at WSEX this year for bases for that reason alone.

Personal preference. I know Pinny is the best, but I would love to see some of the A books start to compete with Pinny more aggressively. If such a book needed to go to 107 before getting to 105, I would gladly pay the difference.

Thanks for the optimistic opinions about WSEX, most of you believe in a good turning!

But otherwise I have to say their customer support is shit. I sent them this year alone two more more emails and they never answered me! Don't know if that's normal there! So if you got no reaction since about one month now what you would think about them?
