    Thumbs down problem at 2BETDSI

    I have a problem at 2betdsi.com . this is an A+ book so I dont expect to have this problem when playing there. And the reason I signed up was because they are an A+ book.

    I made a wager with their virtual horse racing game. The wager was the following:
    09/15/2009 by ONLINE at 02:21:51 AM [Ticket #: 61972191] Racing
    >> ticket
    >> > #7184000
    >> > 09/15/2009 @ 02:21 AM RAC Sep-15 CAS R312 5.00 USD WIN 1


    keep in mind, i lost over $500 in virtual horse racing that same night. Well the #1 horse won that race and I was supposed to be making $243 profit on that wager. I noticed this play wasn't being graded- as I know the virtual horse wagers are usually graded right away. Then I emailed them about it, and after about the 4th email, they responded saying, they need a couple of days to get the results. Well, I decided to wait paitently

    Then 6 days after the wager, they claim they dont have the results and sent the following email to me:

    Not sure what to say. They have been very good to me. There must be more to this story then you have mentioned. Have you called the number for clarifiaction yet?

    i am sorry for the double post sir. There is not more to the story this is it. I tried calling and they just claim they dont have the results, and basically its too bad. So I am hoping I can get some help from someone.

    Do you have the copy of the ticket online. I guess not.

    I like and play at Bookmaker and Diamond.Had Betmaker till they merged too. Casino deals are always dicey..GL with this issue..gonna be a he said she said

    i know virtual horse racing is a losing proposition overall. It's just that I found myself playing it that night, and was losing everything. And the 1 race I win, I get this problem. I know the #1 horse won because after the race, they have the order of finish. And the original wager was to win $243. So just like all my losing bets, they did not have a problem being graded, however, this wager, happens to have a problem.

    Also, when i emailed them about it, the first thing Diego asked me was I have two options: I can have the wager refunded, or I can wait for the results and get paid. Well I told him why would i want the wager refunded when this is one of the few wagers i actually won, and told him I would wait. Well then 6 days after that, the email above is the email I got from them.

    i know i shouldnt bet virtual horse racing, however, when I do win- I expect it to be graded correctly- just as my losing tickets were.

    when i emailed help@sportsbookreview.com I "CC" 2betdsi. They responded to the email with this:

    2 things:

    i dont know why they keep giving me the # to horses, when this was a virtual horse play - but its considered a casino play. Secondly, what stops this company from canceling a parlay you hit with them? If they can cancel a measley $243 play, what stops them from canceling a big parlay someone hits? When is enough ...enough?

    assuming that your story is indeed true charitableman, i agree with you 100%. I have a diamond account and although i never play the virtual games but i would re-consider playing there again if they don't do the right thing here. its absurd how they cannot get the results for that race, thats just theft!!! How do you accept bets for a event? And not pay out when they win by claiming they don't have the results?!

    alton my story is 100% true, and 2betdsi.com wont deny it. they know i made the wager, they have the wager, and they know i emailed right after the race asking them to grade it. They show how much you are going to win when you make the bet. I was supposed to win $243. But they claim they dont have the results for the race, and they refunded me. Problem is, how did they get the results for all my losing wagers?

    WTF!!!! I was getting madder and madder reading this... taking deep breaths... Okay, they need to get the results and grade this wager correctly. You placed it and they accepted it, they need to pay it! Also that statement about refusing any wager is BS, they didn't refuse it, they accepted it and just because you can get a baseball bat and stick it up their ass, doesn't mean you are going to... IDK... I am just upset... This is not right!!

    There should be a way to recover the results on the race in question, even a virtual one. If not, pay the guy his $243.

    thank you guys for your kind remarks! I know you guys would of take my side in this, but 2betdsi has refused to pay me the $243 they owe me and they have told me that its final and they have to the right to refuse wagers from anyone where gambling is illegal.

    is there anyway to find out if sportsbookreview.com is working on my claim against 2betdsi? If so, will they contact the book and speak to someone who might have some sympathetic view of my situation? Im just hoping someone at 2betdsi steps up and does what is right- but from the emails they send me, I highly doubt that from this book.

    SBR will look into it. Sometimes it takes a little time depending on how many others they are helping. Give them time and they will get back to you.

    I used to play the BM virtual races for a dollar or two, and it was amazing how long the winning wagers took to be credited. Occasionally it would take overnight, but never days (plural).
