I only registered here with RX so I might respond to your post. Seeing as no one else has. I guess most people know better than to play at a lowlife joint like this.(So many great books like pinny & greek why are we here?) However you and I are still there. These bulldong artists have been giving me the run around for 3+ weeks. Remember when all else fails get all your friends to call them right @ gametime screaming about your money. They can`t do any business if all thier tellers are on the phone with us. It`s like Bill Cosby used to say about coming home sick/drunk hanging his head over the toilet. ( the toilet being Royal) " Oh god if you just get me thru this I`ll never drink again"

Welcome to the forum travis.

I know you are frustrated about being slow paid and I'm sorry you are going through this. But can I make a suggestion? Keep your cool. You can write us at Assistance@Sportsbookreview.com and we will get to the bottom of it. Avoid calling in at game time or cursing them or writing threating emails. It simply does not help and they have had a 1,000 travis's before you so this isn't their first rodeo.

Keep your cool, write to us, sit back and relax. Being slow paid is nooooo fun, I understand. Lets work towards getting you paid.

Default Getting Concerned

I deposited 1,000 in royal and brought the balance up to 6,500. I requested my first withdrawal from betroyal last week and because of the maturity period I had to wait untill this past wednesday for the processing to begin. I was told within 24-48 hours I will have my first 2500 in neteller. I check today and nothing in my neteller account. I then called to ask why this happened and they told me that since I used Click2pay that they were not able to send money back to neteller. I was told that on monday they will start processing my first withdrawal of 2,500 to click2pay.

I will keep updating on my case just in case it will be of any use to anybody.

How can Royal stay in business with this long history of problems? Doesn't say much for the intelligence of the gambling crowd.

It was a rhetorical question dan. Like I said, doesn't say much for the intelligence of the gambling crowd.

Word will eventually spread. You cannot continue to stall people asking for their money. They will go elsewhere. Sooner or later BetRoyal will close their doors.

Yea the word is definitely spreading. This was my first time betting with them, I figured I'll give it a shot. I know many people have had many problems with them but I want to see for myself how they really are. I called and asked what they have done to fix their payout issues they said they have a new CEO that is taking care of things and that they are not having problems anymore. Up to know, I am giving them the benefits of my doubt; but if they dont pay as I agreed with them today, I will keep spreading the word.

I for one am stunned.

Consider yourself asteriked. You are now known as a forum player and have been placed at the front of the line. God help the player who never finds the forums.

I will take you up on your offer. And I`m sure Royal has had a thousand like me. I was not @ the point of the sceaming phonecalls ....yet. At another time I`ll share with your readers how I was able to get my last 5 dms from those infamous crooks ESB. Before they dissapeared. Being nice and attempting to work with the books (when they are crooks) is not ALWAYS going to work. Sometimes a little inventiveness is in order.

It's always nice to hear somone made it out of the black hole, ESB.

It looks like your EFT was processed on the 3rd meaning the next date to look to would be Tuesday the 9th, maybe Monday. Royal says they will check the status with processor on Monday night. Keep us posted.

Carlos019, Now that BetRoyal knows your stall pay has made it to the forums, you will now be paid. Just remember there are hundreds of posters that know nothing about these forums and are being stalled, possibly stiffed at BetRoyal. They are bad news.

My betroyal account balance was debited down to 0. I checked my account activity and it shows three pending withdrawals to click2pay;but my money has not arrived at click2pay. I am surprised that they did all 3 withdrawals free of charge. My money is not in click2pay yet, which is the most important part. I will update when the money arrives in my click2pay account. I will also update if any problems arise. I hope everyone else is getting their money from betroyal.

Thanks for the help Bill Dozer & SBR-JOHN. It seems my checking account has recently increased by 2dimes. And it only took Royal 3 weeks to do it!

Default Received my funds

I just received the full amount of my withdrawals. Thank You Bill Dozer and Bigboydan for offering your help anyways. BetRoyal pays up again, I received the full amount in a total of 6 days since I first requested. My Betroyal experience overall was very good, everyone was super nice, they took care of all my fees, great 25% Bonus. The only problem was the originally failed payout to neteller; I just dont know if they paid because they knew I was a forum player or if they were always planing to pay and the neteller excuse was real. I hope Betroyal keeps improving because with their bonuses and promotions I defifnitely keep planing to use Betroyal.

For the record, I requested a Royal payout on Friday and got it today. Not lightning fast, but not terrible either. 2-3 business days. Just thought I'd pass that on.

Yeah, you should keep playing ... but I doubt anyone would be ready to help you out everytime they slow pay you ... do you plan on asking John for help if they slow pay you again?

... and there will be a day that they will NO PAY you ... and when that day comes, and believe me when I say that day WILL come, will you ask for help?

... and for people wondering what slow pay is, I made a withdrawal from BetJamaica at 12:30 pm on Sunday and I had it by 12:45 pm the same day.

Chester is doing a great job communicating with players, resolving complaints and with damage control. The worst thing a book, or any business can do when it has a problem is to put its head in the sand. It always makes it much worse. Maybe Royal realized that a $200K run on the bank can be $100K.
It's important players remember that despite the Chester-The-Royal-Savior press releases, he did not purchase Royal. He can not get you paid when the money is not available to him. Some players and advertisers are on payment plans right now, sweating the latest one out.

Because when you start in the hole, spend what little post up cash that comes in oon operating expenses, including advertising, you have nothing at the end of a great football season. Not too mention whatever Tej and Amit have stuffed into their own pockets.

They have to forge contracts and slow pay vendors.

They have always given vendors haircuts. Roberto was giving crew cuts when he was the GM while Tej was stiffing along with ScoresSportsbook. Kevin King followed and the tradition continued.

We still get calls from vendors but we refuse to get involved with those. Any business that is dumb enough to extend credit to these guys is gonna get a tough love lesson in business 101.

You gave me shit about playing at a low rated book (Bet911) and then I see you are playing at Royal. That's not too smart. Bet 911 paid me both times within 24 hours of my request. I would feel much better with my money there as opposed to Royal. I guess after playing at BookTheBet anything will satisfy the two of us. Take care.

Carlos019, are you a ****in stooge? What about the people that know nothing about these forums and are being stalled, possibly stiffed at BetRoyal?
Save the shill job because you are so excited about getting your money from these shysters. Now you say you will continue to play with this convicted swindler? Why do I even bother.
