I signed up for an account with Omni on 08-27-02. I had $14,668 stolen from my account at Omni. The forementioned amount was a confirmed balance on 11-30-2002. Shortly after I had my balance confirmed, i started to get a good run around. I was told since i won a couple free plays i had won money with their money. Even though these bets were identical to bets i had been placing all along. I told Robert Eddy that i would have placed these bets with my own money anyways and he agreed i should be paid. But the owner said i shouldn't so they took the balance out of my account. A very small portion of what i won was through free plays. I recieved one payout of $5,000 but when i tried to get more, was when the runaround began. The owner never had the guts to get on the phone with me and had his yes man Robert Eddy do all his bidding. I saw on a forum about three years ago a poster named MFG was going to file a lawsuit against Omni so i contacted him and we corresponded through e-mails for about a year. After such a long time with nothing happening, i lost all hope that my money was gone. About a week ago MFG e-mailed that he recieved his money and told me to contact Bill Dozier. So here i am, with hopes that i could recieve my money as well.

On 12-01-02 I checked my balance and we both had the same figure of 14,668. From there the money in my account went away into nothing. Never placed another bet and never recieved another payout.

That is all my plays. I want to express my gratitide to Bill for taking on my case and also to Mike Foreman for listening. I'm hoping that Omni can continue to clean their messes up from the past and move forward. Bill told me they have a clean record for the last couple years. I feel if they take care of the past the future will be more bright.

Bill Dozier has been working on my case with Omni for nearly a year. In this time Omni offered me $10,000 dollars of the $14,668 they owe me. Which I refused. Since then I have become frustrated with the lack of progress. So I got Kevin King's phone number. I called him for the first time on 8-16-06. He said he'd talk it over with the big boss and promised to call me back that day. Well guess what, this clown has not called me back or returned one of my numerous calls. Today I referred my case back to Bill.

I have had it with this stiff book full of crooks who steal without a conscience. And Kevin King you should not hide like a little girl. A man is only as good as his word so you must not be worth a sh!t. You said on our phone call there was some fraud in my case. Yes there was some fraud and it was all from your end. I tried to be civil with these people but that gets you NO WHERE. So Omni game on!

I guess a leopard never changes their spots and these crooks never will.
