We had heard that the Mohawks in Canada were going to review BetUS's license and possibly revoke it.

Its possible they have run afowl with the Canadian goverment.

Employees in Canada and Costa Rica are telling people they are nervous about the company and their future.

There have been layoffs in Costa Rica according to 911. The Canada office could be next.

BetUS is said to be worried about their banking and has problems in this area.

The owners got in trouble a couple of years back losing millions on NFL teasers. This, by the way, has been a tough year on teaser players. Has history repeated itself?

G911 has floated the rumor that the NFL has initiated legal action over the use of NFL copywrited material.

Needless to say this is a book with some serious issues. They have critical mass to overcome problems but their fight to stay alive is opening up new fronts faster than it can solve and close them. Be careful!

Keep in mind that these are JUST rumors or they would be reported on SBR.

Many industry guys here in Costa Rica are wondering how a book this size could have problems in a year where the hold(profit margin) is near an all time high for offshore books.

This is a head scratcher for sure. They have always been a little shady. We will try to confirm some of these rumors over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for the info SBR. BetUS are crooks. We of course know that. BetUS customers should be a case study in human greed and stupidity. Posters knowing BetUS are crooks but still send them their money to get that illusionary bonus.

This was not a losing year for b.s. teasers.

Do you mean the owners lost millions playing teasers at other books, or BetUS had a net loss on teasers it booked?

They are gamblers. I mean that in the past they lost millions gambling on NFL teasers and slow paid bookies in CR and players as well.

i used to work at betus and can tell you all. i was "laid off" in the costa rica office. it appears they are shutting down the cr office. i can give you lots of dirt of how they run things, ask away.
