Default One small complaint I have about TheGreek....

Olympic Sportsbook (thegreek) is obviously one of the best books out there and this post wont even apply to a lot of people, but it does to me.

There is no way on Olympic to look up previous wager history going back in the past. On almost every other book you can select a time period in history and see your wager history, at the greek you cant.

I even called and emailed them and they basically blew me off and said I couldnt get that.

I know some of you are going to suggest to keep records of my own as I bet but its not quite that easy and if you fall behind at any point you cant get at the info.

Just a little thing that I dont know why they dont resolve.

Also if they void a bet it doesn't appear in your history,it is as if it never happened.

I suggest taking screen shots of all your wagers. There is no excuse not to.

I look at it as every bet you make is like a purchase.
If you go to a store and buy a new computer, television, or anything really, they give you a receipt.

When I put a dime on a side or total I want some type of receipt. All books tell you to write down your ticket number for a reason.Should something go wrong, the screenshot is the only proof that you made the wager.

If you use the internet to make your bets, there is no excuse not to do this.
I know that there are quite a few people that do this at SBR. I highly recommend that everyone should.

The Greeks software should be able to give you some type of report on transactions, but seeing that they do not you might want to start doing this.
(Assuming you do not phone in or use mobile to make your bets)

    Good luck

Their accounting software is terrible. You can click day by day to see wagers made on this calendar, but that is almost useless.

That is a very valid complaint or, to use a euphemism, "improvement opportunity."

The idea of using screen prints is not a bad one, but it doesn't change the fact that the Greek should upgrade in this area.

Who wouldn't welcome a software upgrade at the Greek?

I actually like the software. Even if it is outdated.

Reminds me of the days when my old clunker turned 'classic'.

i am still upset about Pinnacle's inability to put the right timezone for its clients. I am stuck with Pacific time even though I live in Central time zone and grew up in Eastern time zone...i get very confused sometimes and have even missed a few bets as a result.

That's the only thing I hate about the Greek.

    VIP is similarly bad.

I don't mind the pinnacle time zone issue because I live out west...
