I had a dispute w/betJam which was 50/50, meaning I did not have conclusive proof to make/prove my claim, only 'my word.' We're talking about a software issue.

After 36 hours of waiting Herman emailed me with his approval of crediting my acct with the full amount! I'm not talking about chump change here.

I signed up the 1st week they were open and transferred from Greek --> betJam 2-3 days later. I have NEVER regretted doing so.

A couple months ago they had a very bad line on a runline. They had the wrong team favored -- like +170 should have been -170.
I called - just to save them the trouble of canceling bets . I wasn't expecting anything , just being a nice guy trying to
save them some hassles. I don't know who I spoke to, but he asked for my ID and gave me a $50 freeplay. It was a
pleasant surprise and I appreciated it.
