Cases get hard when both the book and the player are dirty. We expect an "A+" book to keep clean hands, even when a player is taking a shot.
There are fair and accepted ways to deal with players betting bad lines. Bet365's innovative approach is not one of them. If a player bets a bad line, you cancel the bet, not change the odds.

How do you draw the line between theft and value? Pregame, +4.5 when it should be -4.5 is obvious, live betting is a different animal.

I dont think we are. Yes the player took a shot on a bad number that the book posted. However, the book has other options available to deal with this. One option they do not have is to simply change the line 9 points against the player on a confirmed bet without the player knowing.Originally Posted by gotsteam

bet 365 rule: if a player starts winning on a continous basis (more than 3 days in a row), we will limit him to $1 maximum wagers...
