Default Has anyone ever considered setting up their own bookie business?

How much money would u need?

Where would u be based?

Which internet interface would u use?

Would u encourage professional players?

Would u select the girls in ur yearly calender?

And would u invite Bill Dozer for a look around?

I think everyone who took a bad run has thought, damn, I'm on the wrong side of the counter.

After all set up costs, bank roll would depend on marketing budget. At least 5x player deposit as well as 3 yr budget for operating costs.

Limits: 5k sides, 2k Totals.

Lines: -109

Bonuses: 20% on reloads only - on amounts up to what was initially deposited. 4x roll, no hold, $300 max

Software: Bodog's

I would put a webcam on the floor so players can see whose in and when and clerks know it.

Only if opening my book in the 80s or 90s.

Canada and Antigua.

It might be easier to blast email all the books you can and see if anyone is interested in selling. It takes a lot of time and money to develope software, train people, etc. Maybe you could find a book in trouble looking for an easy way out.

Cheers Bill,
So when the clerks have a result on the game they can flip the bird at me knowing they got me on the buzzer from a half court shot?

That is a great idea!

i am surprised no one has done that yet.

Especially someone like betcris, youwager, or the other shops with clerks and staff that number in the multiple hundreds.

Canada and Antigua.

With SBR's knowledge of the industry, why not branch out? Lower the juice and show Pinny how it's really done.

-109 or -108 sounds about right, DH -105 gets you destroyed.
You simply cannot compete with Pinny, only a big book like Cris or the Greek could try but they would have a hard time too prolly.

You couldn't do it immediately, but it could be done in stages. Everything is possible.

The book I would copy to start with would be Canbet (-107).
