Default Books Only Pay Disputes If Forums Get Involved

Always bring your complaints to the public on forums because if you do not and you have a good case a book will tell you to go fuk yourself and keep your money.

SBR has the best success rate out of any forum with pay disputes.

We do not hear all the no pays because so many players have no clue what a forum is.

jj are you saying that this previous 5dimes incident was not brought to the forums that maybe we would of had a different result?

5dimes had no intention of paying. But thanks to forum and the player was paid.

i agree with this 100%. knowing about the forums gives you an insurance policy when a book tries to screw you. there have been a few instances where i was getting the run around and i mentioned that i went on the forums and would post about my experiences and they complied and did the right thing. i feel bad for all the people that go into sites like BETUS after seeing an ad in a magazine and never hearing about SBR. they are bound to lose one way or the other. either they will lose gambling or they will will and get fvcked by the book.

    This is true coach.

I'd love to know how many people did get screwed over the years due to not knowing the forums are out there. By the time these people start looking for these types of forums it's too late most of the times, because a lot of those books people really get screwed over by are "F rated" books that don't pay anyways.

I agree with the overall statement being made here, but not about 5dimes. I have been paid over 10,000 dollars from them in the past week alone. I made a ** withdrawal on Christmas day for 2500 dollars, and had a control number within an hour. Of course, I couldn't find a ** open on christmas, but that's not the point. I honestly don't know why you guys continue to diss Tony and 5dimes.

    coach,

    100% true.
Also note that some forum moderators rather solve the dispute outside the forum. I think this is wrong! Everyone needs to know when a book even tries to pull a fast one.

By the way the no. of disputes, slow- or no-pays is at an all time high on this forum! Do posters not dare to post their trouble elsewhere?

Its our opinion that this is healthy for the books in the long run.

I know some forums have taken the easy way out and either started censoring or blasting the person with the complaint or both.

Any little dispute should be put on forums and not done on your own. We want to hear about it.

Exposure = leverage but the leverage can be wasted. For example, if 5Dimes was an F book they would have said: I don't think we owe that and already took the bad press, why pay now? That's why mods at other boards like it off the forum. Payout complaints from their sponsors are inevitable so they need all the help they can get.

But I disagree with the blanket statement. We have disputes that last a week off the board and are not on SBR that are resolved. Depending on the situation it still may be reported.

It certainly makes our job easier if a player will privately report the problem. A forum post has a tendancy to box a book in and make it personal.

B ut its up to the player.

What about books that offer really bad juice - to me thats getting ripped off too. Do SBR ratings take in to account of juice offered by books?

I think the forums are a great way to resolve conflicts when used properly

The problem is, as anyone with 1/2 a brain can plainly see is many of these complaints, are in fact extortion attempts by players trying to cheat books.

These players who I like to refer to as "Career Criminals" as they earn their living cheating and stealing from books, (and who knows what other kinds of businesses they cheat and steal from ), ruin the experience of online betting for the rest.

Their actions cause the books to have pages and pages of rules, and supporting them or helping them extort money from the books only makes matters worse in both the short term and the long term.

I think it is time that these types of cases receive NO SUPPORT from the forums, so the real and legitimate disagreements and conflicts can be attended to.

Books too are free to post and defend themselves. It is usually when the books start posting that I have no more doubts them being the real crooks!
