Got an email stating 20% reload bonus for the bowl games. I really liked vip but havent played there in awhile so I just wanted to see if I qualified by sending email. The response I get is i have to deposit then they will tell me if i qualify. That just seems crazy to me.

That is crazy bud.

I'd call them up and ask them directly if I were you. If so then deposit, and if not then don't. If you do indeed call them make sure you get the name of the person you spoke with in case they try and revoke it.

VIP has a habit of telling people they qualify for a bonus only to tell they don't after you send them your money. Shady business practice to say the least.

VIP sucks, could SBR tell me what course of action can I take if live chat says yes you are eligable so you deposit only to find out later after you send of the email to claim the bonus thay they will not give you the bonus

Is that what happened Sammy? If this is indeed their practice it should be changed. There was another thread "VIP needs a new marketing director" that was pretty much about the same thing.

Thanks for the comments. Anything is possible with respect to any sportsbook's rating. We have contacted VIP and requested this email marketing be immediately amended or terminated.

Its frustrating for the players and for SBR. As I've said before in the 5Dimes thread and others, we use the downgrade as a last resort. This policy of marketing of theirs will be changed or we will take action. We need the right professional atmosphere to convince books to change a policy. This policy is unbecoming of an A+ book and will be changed. Stay tuned.
