While both SBR and TOW can help players much more than I can, the PTS situation is different. I am the ONLY one of the three of us that knows the owner.

Baus never came to me for help and this happened many months ago. Can you give me one good reason why Baus wouldn't try all avenues to get paid such as contacting me?

This is a serious subject and you have allowed both Baus and Quarm to make false claims. If you are going to allow them to lie in serious threads I should have the right to reply.

That was very well put.

I can sort of understand how a guy that touted a stiff book would want to shift the focus away from that.

But the central problem here is the stiff book and the fact that you touted it.

Mudcat- I got a bailout for all but one player that came to me. You have Baus here that never asked for help but tells lies about me. Do you think that's correct?

There are many books out there and we all make mistakes. All the watchdog sites were fooled by PanAM although I was one of the people that recommended not playing there.

Sooner or later we all will recommend a bad book if you do this long enough. The difference is if I recommend a book and it goes under I will get bailouts for these players.

Raiders, you know I lost a significant amount at PTS, and I didn't come to you for help after it was clear they couldn't pay and haven't got help from anyone else although Roberto was working on it for a while (but nothing has become of it). If you think you can still help let me know, and I will get in contact you, but just because someone doesn't come to you asking for help doesn't mean they didn't lose money.

Also you certainly don't see attacking you for promoting or mentioning PTS, every player has to be responsible for their own decisions, and most of us who play much at all have had kind words to say about failed books. Is the way it goes. At the same time when you are a critic at large such as yourself, you have to know that people are going to bring up poor decisions that you made, just like you do to people every single day.
